Customer Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to customer, mainly related to company products and services
  • Respond promptly and efficiency to customer inquiries
  • Provide the best customer care and Satisfaction
  • Coordinate for setup new connection
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Record details of inquiries, comments in Support System
  • Cooperate and communicate with all Department related job

REQUIREMENT

  •  Bachelor degree of information technology or related field
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices and relevant computer application
  • Good English and Chinese
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Data collection and ordering
  • Customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN,

Web Developer

Responsibility

  • Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
  • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
  • Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Job Requirement

  • Proven experience as application developer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or computer science or related filed;
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s.
  • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack}}
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages

Technical Support

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Provide  support to customer, mainly related to company products and services
•    Travel to customer site to install/configure modem/device & solve other related internet
•    Provide daily and weekly report to manager
•    Support Report and documentation
•    Cooperate with all Department related job
•    IT Support and Maintenance Service

REQUIREMENT

•    Bachelor degree of information technology or related field is required. Undergraduate is also welcome
•    Cisco CCNA qualification
•    MikroTik MTCNA qualification
•    Good English skills and Chinese is prefer
•    Strong Problem-Solving
•    Reporting and documentation
•    Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN,
•    Knowledge of the OSI model, switching and internet technologies
